Thank you, Dianne, for taking the time to read this and for all that you do. It's important that people learn the truth about what this organization is still doing.
Thanks, LuAnn. I'm glad it resonates with people. I've heard from a lot of MKs who have said my story helped them understand theirs. Others have shared it with friends and family as a way to help them understand.
Absolutely heartbreaking! Cheap grace, reputational interests, power, and money. These seem to be the priorities over and above caring for victim-survivors. You can have the most airtight policies around, but that doesn't change people's priorities and honestly their hearts. NTM/Ethnos has proven time and time again who they are. Honestly, I'm not sure there's anything worth saving at this point.
One has to love, not love, the disparity between the letter sent out saying funding was going to his wife, and the actual send off invite with a picture of the whole family, including him in it.
What training/education does B.C. have? Are missionaries currently overseas with Ethnos 360 informed about this? I do not understand how Ethnos can continue as an organization after the NBC national report.
As far as I know, Brian Coombs has not training for his job, just the four-year fake degree from Ethnos360. He's had a lot of practice shielding abusers though. They try to hide things pretty well so I'm not sure how many of the people overseas know the truth. But that's why we are writing and we want people to share. The truth needs to get out.
Thank you for caring!
Thank you for outlining the details of what cover up and minimizing and victim-blaming look like in the here and now.

My husband so appreciates your book, Diane, as does the friend he gave it to. Thank You!

Absolutely heartbreaking. Thanks for writing this.
It really is heartbreaking and it's what they'be done over and over again. Thank you for taking the time to read and comment.
Sickening. It keeps happening over and over and over.
Thank you so much for caring. Please spread the word.

This has to stop. Ethnos360 has had far too many chances to do better and yet continues to choose this disgusting behavior.
h
Unbelievable. Except that it's not really.
This is horrific

And thanks ever so much for opening the truth.
